Zara Apps is a designer and maker, Zara spends many hours designing a piece of jewellery and then working with different ways to make the design look its absolute best.
All of Zara’s pieces are handmade; she draws her designs from her many years’ experience as a cabinet designer.
Zara’s finished pieces of jewellery show that they have been handmade and finished with a vintage look that will just look better and better the more the piece is worn. Also every piece is lovingly designed and finished by Zara herself using environmentally friendly and traditional techniques.
These designs are made from sterling silver, some with a very raw looking finish, also different added extras to give an extra touch such as nice chunky leather instead of silver chain, and semi-precious stones also set into some designs. Also another great touch is the majority of Zara’s designs do not have your everyday bolt ring clasp they have a nice chunky T-Bar clasp that is fitted in with design to add that extra special touch and feature. Many of the designs in the collection are made up of hearts or circles; some have other touches such as horseshoes.
